The organic garden of the Castle, the orchard, the vineyard are our “market”.

The Ischia fishermen, who sell the proceeds of their fishing trip every day in Ischia Ponte, just below the Castle, are our official suppliers of fish and seafood. And all the rest, meat, oil, pasta, dairy products are purchased from the best producers in Campania, precisely because the careful selection of foods is an essential starting point for us.
